7 Summits Snowshoe Challenge is a new winter event to raise funds and awareness for the melanoma and skin cancer while promoting the importance of winter sun safety.
Join on Saturday February 26th to embark on epic snowshoe challenge at Duntroon Highlands. Teams of 2 – 10 people will challenge themselves by snowshoeing the distance equal to the height of the world’s tallest mountains.
The goal is to have your team collectively complete 43.29km, the total distance of all 7 summits.
Starting with an unforgettable opening ceremony, challenge seekers will snowshoe multiple routes and track their progress on the Challenge Board in the Lodge. Warming huts along the routes will keep you cozy and lunch will be served in the Lodge. The sense of challenge and the team dynamic will inspire and create lasting memories.
Please note each team member will be required to raise a minimum of $450 in order to attend the event.
