The Barrie Royals Basketball Club is a non for-profit organization that has been providing rep basketball opportunities for youth in the city of Barrie since 1985. The Royals are dedicated to the development of young athletes and are proud of many young basketball players that have excelled on Ontario Basketball Regional and Provincial Teams as well as at the University and College level. In recent years, the club has had success at the Provincial and Ontario Cup levels, with the U10 Girls becoming provincial champions last year, and many teams meddling in their Ontario Cup divisions. The Barrie Royals operate with a volunteer board of directors, and a group of dedicated volunteer coaches, providing an opportunity to develop skills and experience in the fastest growing sport in Canada.
As a community organization the Barrie Royals Basketball Club is always looking for ways to fundraise and subsidize all of our basketball programming. This year they have an exciting new opportunity! The Royals have a Toronto Raptors Ticket Raffle which will be taking place from now until March 22, 2024. Throughout this time there are 10 chances to win a pair of Raptors tickets! One ticket gets the purchaser entry into all 10 draws! All proceeds raised from the Toronto Raptors raffle will go towards supporting the club with providing basketball opportunities to players and community members, now and in the future. Each purchased ticket gives 1 entry for all 10 draws (5 dates, 2 draws per date). Winning tickets become null and void for future draws. Entry to raffle may occur at any time during the season from now until March 22nd, 2024, 4pm.
