Bail Me-owt! Tara Needs Your Help.
Uh-oh… Tara’s been sentenced to a Saturday in jail!
On Saturday, July 11, Fresh 93.1 and Street Cats Rescue will be throwing Tara behind bars for Tara’s Big Bailout fundraiser, in support of Street Cats Rescue. Tara was convicted of posting too much about her cats on social media and will serve her one day sentence.
From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pet Valu on Essa Road in Barrie, Tara will be stuck in a jail cell BUT…you can spring her from the clink earlier with your donation to streetcatsrescue@hotmail.com.
Every contribution helps get her one step closer to making bail while helping Street Cats Rescue provide local cats with warm beds, full bowls of food, and safe places to call home.
Tara will be allowed visits while she serves her time and a donation of $25 will set her free for ten minutes to stretch her legs and complete community service(clean litter boxes). Visitors are encouraged! Pet Valu will be handing out TONS of free goodies and prizes for your pets while Tara serves her time and volunteers from Street Cats will be on hand to make sure Tara doesn’t sneak any cat nip into her cell. They will also be handing out doggy snow cones to our canine friends.
Whether it is a donation of food, supplies, a monetary donation, or simply spreading the word to your litter, every little bit helps. You’ll be supporting Street Cats Rescue and helping bail Tara out of the slammer.
Street Cats Rescue is an all volunteer, no kill shelter in Barrie that desperately needs donations to ensure that all kitties have a chance to find their furever homes.
