About Kat:
Kat Callaghan might be known by most for being one of the voices in TikTok’s text-to-speech feature – but her #1 love is radio! Since she was a high schooler growing up in Cambridge Ontario she has wanted to work in radio – and since 2006 has been living out that dream! Kat has been on various stations across Ontario including this one! She can also be heard through her voiceover work in commercials, video games, youtube videos, apps and more! So… if you think you’ve heard her somewhere other than The Hot Mic – you probably have.
Off the mic, she is a mom to two adorable daughters and married to her high school sweetheart. Interests include: Traveling as much as possible, being by the water when she can, walking around Home Sense for long periods of time, a cold glass of vino, sushi, petting your dog when she meets it, and watching a good movie or series (recommendations always welcome).
